Jason Lang is a senior at the University of Connecticut. He is majoring in finance and plans to pursue a career in investment banking. Jason is a member of the honors program and has been on the Dean’s List for four consecutive semesters. He has also been active in the university’s Student Government Association, serving as both a senator and treasurer. In his spare time, Jason enjoys playing golf and tennis.

The Jason Lang Scholarship
The Jason Lang Scholarship is a $1,000 award that is given to a student who demonstrates financial need and academic excellence. The scholarship was established in memory of Jason Lang, a former student at the University of Washington who died tragically in a car accident.
To be eligible for Scholarship, students must be enrolled full-time at the University of Washington and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Students must also submit a 500-word essay detailing their financial need and how they have overcome adversity.

What has the scholarship allowed them to do?
