1) The University of Stuttgart
For students pursuing a degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering: The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) awards over 100 scholarships for German universities every year. Depending on your chosen major, you may be eligible for a scholarship from 1000 euros to 6500 euros. You can apply directly on DAAD’s website.

5) University of Freiburg
